卫生部在《传染病法令》下颁布两项法规，任何人违反居家通知条例和安全距离措施，最高可罚款1万元或监禁六个月，或两者兼施。

卫生部昨天（26日）晚间发文告，表示任何人接到居家通知，14天都不能离开居住地。任何由医生证明有急性呼吸道症状的人，如果没有合理原因，自医生发出证明开始算起的五天里，不得离开住所。


违反以上规定者，最高会被罚款1万元或坐牢最长六个月，或两者兼施。

另外，政府为了加强防控2019冠状病毒的蔓延，推行安全距离措施，工作场所和学校以外的聚集人数不得超过10人，且人与人之间要保持至少1米的距离。

违反安全距离措施者，将被罚款不超过1万元或坐牢不超过六个月，或两者兼施。

公交没有包括在法令里面：

Special safe distancing measures for seating and queues

6.—

(1) An owner or occupier of a public place, and any organiserof an event not prohibited by regulation 3 that is held in a publicplace, must take all reasonable steps during the control period —(a) where seating is provided —(i) if the seating is not fixed to the floor of the publicplace — to ensure that each seat is at least one metreaway from any other seat at all times; or(ii) if the seating is fixed to the floor of the publicplace — to ensure that alternate seats are demarcatedas seats not to be occupied; and(b) where individuals may form a queue or wait in an area inthe public place for any reason, including to purchasegoods or services or to use changing or sanitaryfacilities — to apply practices that ensure that everyindividual in the queue or area is at least one metre awayfrom any other individual in the queue or area.

(2) A person who contravenes paragraph (1) shall be guilty of anoffence and shall be liable on conviction to a fine not exceeding$10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or toboth.

(3) An individual who intentionally —(a) sits on a seat that is not fixed to the floor and that is lessthan one metre away from another seated individual in apublic place;5 S 185/2020(b) sits on a fixed seat in a public place that is demarcated asnot to be occupied; or(c) stands in a queue less than one metre away from anotherindividual in the queue in a public place,shall be guilty of an offence and shall be liable on conviction to a finenot exceeding $10,000 or to imprisonment for a term not exceeding6 months or to both.

Limiting of capacity and group sizes

7.—

(1) An owner or occupier of any of the following premisesmust take all reasonable steps to comply with the measures inparagraph (2) during the control period: (a) a place of attraction specified in the Schedule;(b) a shopping centre.

(2) The measures mentioned in paragraph (1) are the following: (a) the number of customers and other individuals within thepremises does not at any time exceed the prescribedthreshold for those premises;(b) customers and other individuals within the premises do notintentionally gather in a group of more than 10 individualswithin the premises;(c) there is a distance of at least one metre between individualsin a group;(d) where there are 2 or more groups of customers orindividuals within the premises, there is a distance of atleast one metre between the groups.

(3) An owner or occupier of any place of worship, a funeral parlouror any other premises for the time being used for a funeral wake orfuneral (called in this regulation a specified place) must take allreasonable steps to ensure that during the control period —(a) there are not more than 10 individuals in any room withinthe specified place at any time; andS 185/2020 6(b) the measures mentioned in regulation 6(1) areimplemented in relation to the specified place.

(4) A person who, without reasonable excuse, contravenesparagraph (1) or (3) shall be guilty of an offence and shall beliable on conviction to a fine not exceeding $10,000 or toimprisonment for a term not exceeding 6 months or to both.

1) 现在搭公交的群众肯定会少于到超市的群众；

2）怕危险的话，可以选择别搭公交， 但几乎无法选择不去超市。

这么说那个社交距离是选择性来实行，双重标准就如其他的娱乐要关闭可是赌场的Toto却继续营业。。。

社交距离的规矩，除了学校和繁忙时段的公共交通之外， 到处都在实行中。即使是赌场或买toto的人群也需要遵循。

你有没有在非繁忙时段搭公交？  尤其是过了晚上9点经过Clarke Quay的地铁，1个星期前夜店还没有关时，地铁都几乎空了， 现在应该更空。 有些措施（如关夜店）还是会让其他措施（如搭公交）能更接近保持社交距离的环境。

即使是公交繁忙时段， 现在也比以前空旷很多。我如果在0700上班， 平时是找不到地铁位子坐的，两个星期前那5天我还能坐着补一觉。如果我在1900下班， 平时也得站得很密， 两个星期前那5天我周围半径0.5米几乎是没人的。  现在公交应该更少人。只看你要在什么时段去“挤”罢了 。自己规划自己的时间和行程（所以平时我不在0730上班避免1830下班）， 到目前还不需要把全部人的日常生活都禁掉，那是杀鸡取卵。

公司的上班时间是固定的，不是喜欢几点就几点去。那些没关联病列很大可能都是在搭地铁时感染到的，而社交距离的规矩根本就是在自欺欺人。。。

这个是一个问题。

公司要跟政府配合。上班时间要改一改，还有一些员工在家里工作就可以了。这样可以避免搭公交时候感染到。

我看到很多零售店都是有不同上班时间和提早关门的时间。这样就可以避免大家一起去搭公交。

每天通过公交系统的应该还有数十万人， 若说那些不明来源的确诊病例（到目前总共大约100多例），全部都是因为公交而感染的，这感染力还蛮低的。

当然，搭公交时还是要小心防范。 害怕染病的，可以选择在家上班， 或搭grab，或错开上班时间，或辞职不干。

很多公司已經在實行staggered 的上班和午餐時間了。也很多是work from Home。不然就是一個星期wfh兩天，或者幾組人輪流wfh這樣。我這幾天在外頭看到大家都相當遵守social distancing measures
