Tricor Investor & Issuing House Services Sdn Bhd (“TIIH”) wishes to announce that the 40,000,000 Issue Shares made available for application by the Malaysian public has been oversubscribed.

A total of 5,348 applications for 370,044,200 Issue Shares with a value of RM92,511,050.00 were received from the Malaysian public, which represents an overall oversubscription rate of 8.25 times.
  
The notices of allotment will be posted to all successful applicants on or before 10 October 2023.
