◆ Ingredients 材料 ◆
±50g Shallot Slices 红葱片
±80g Cooking Oil 食用油
★ For Flour Skin 粉皮 ★
600ml Water 清水
¼ tsp Salt 盐
½ tsp Sugar 白糖
100g Rice Flour 粘米粉
1 tbsp Fried Shallot Oil 炸葱油
90g Sweet Potato Starch 番薯粉
40g Tapioca Flour 木薯粉
★ For Filling 内馅 ★
200g Minced Pork 肉末
¼ tsp Salt 盐
¼ tsp Five Spice Powder 五香粉
¼ tsp Pepper 胡椒粉
½ tsp Sugar 白糖
1 tbsp Cooking Wine 料酒
1 tsp Sesame Oil 麻油
1 tsp Sweet Soy Sauce 甜黑酱油
1 tbsp Corn Starch 玉米淀粉
50g Jicama 沙葛切丁
Chinese Celery 芹菜适量
Fried Shallot Slices 油葱酥
Fresh Prawns 鲜虾适量
★ For Chili Sauce 辣椒酱汁 ★
1.5 tbsp Shallot Oil 炸葱油
25g Chili Boh 辣椒糊
1.5 tbsp Sugar 白糖
1 tsp Sweet Bean Paste 甜豆瓣酱
1 tsp Minced Garlic 蒜蓉
*1 tsp Corn Starch 玉米
*1 tbsp Water 清水
★For Thicker Use 勾芡用
