时常有很多句子的用法不知真确吗.各位多指教。
以下两句用法对吗？一样意识吗？

个人觉得应该是。。
How long have you been working in this company?
你在这间公司做了多久？（现在还在做着）
How long had you been working in this company?
你当时在这间公司做了多久？ （现在不在这间公司了） |

When this question is asked,you're still working in the company.
How long you have worked in this company?
When this question is asked,it means that you're an employee of the company in the past,now you're not. |

how long have you worked in this company?-incorrect （Present perfect)--Sorry,there's no time clause in present perfect.
How long have you been working in this company?(Present perfect continuous)
你在这公司做了多少年？（现在还做着）

need 后面gerund or infinitive?
My car need need repairing.
My car need to repair.
哪个对？或都可以？ |

my car needs to be repaired.-correct
after need,we use infinitive.
singular noun uses singular verb
My car(singular noun) needs(singular verb) to be repaired.
My cars(plural noun) need(plural verb) to be repaired.

Another failure was found, which was same as the previous failure we noticed beacuse the synpthom of failure was about the same.
全部用was ? |

如果你所说的都是属于过去，而对现在没有什么牵连（if the mistake has been corrected),那么用past simple就对了，就好像写narrationy一样。如果你昨天做错了事情，而牵连到今天，那么就用present perfect
I have made a mistake.
I have found a failure which is completely same as previous time.

if a sentence does not make any sense,then it isnt a sentence.
Sentence comes from the word "SENSE".
WE dont everytime rely on LUCK,we must make a certain,not guessing.

Where'd you go?---Where would you go?-Abbreviation. Past tense of Will=Would.
Where Have you been?- Present perfect
Where had you been? - Past perfect
Let me tell you the usage of present and past perfect.
We use present perfect to talk about things that took place:
-during a period that includes past and present
eg:They have been playing for an hour.
-In the past,but we're not saying exactly when:
eg on't tell me he has bought another new dog.
-In the past with and effect and result in the present:
eg 'm afraid i've forgotten my key.Can you let me in?
-meaning 'a short time ago',especially with just (american english uses past simple here)
eg: She's just slept.
Past perfect
We use past perfect to tak about things that took place
-Before something else in the past
eg-i took the decision after i had spoken to her.
-during a period before and event in the past
eg-all day i'd been feeling nervous but the feeling vanished as soon as i saw her. |

There's no where had you go,wrong use of grammar.
If it is,it should be a past perfect and the correct sentence is "where had you gone?". |
