The Board of Directors of OSIM International Ltd (“the Company”) wishes to inform that
the Company will be releasing its financial statement on the results of the Company and
of the Group for First Quarter ended 31 March 2007 on 25 April 2007, Wednesday.
A results briefing with media and analysts will be held on the same day.

過兩個星期就要公布第一季的業績了, 2006 年的業績退步把它的股價拉到了谷底, 這次能不能力挽狂澜呢.

傲胜国际（OSIM）集团因为商业活动减少及联号公司蒙受亏损，所以今年第一季转盈为亏，净亏1730万元，每股亏损3.19分。去年同一时期，其净利为43万元，每股盈利计0.08分。
　　集团今年首季的收入也下滑22％，报1亿2130万元。其中，来自北亚的同比收入锐减36％至5940万元；南亚的收入降低12％至4280万元；而美洲／非洲／欧洲／中东／大洋洲（Oceania）的收入则激增47％至1910万元。
傲胜国际指出，北亚市场正从业内的整合复苏。有关的动荡是基于“跟风者”（follower）打出未经证实的广告，整体来说，对该行业是负面宣传。
　　尽管业内情况富有挑战性，集团较长期的商业前景依旧乐观。它将专注于执行商业计划及建立新的增长阶段。集团预期其美国公司布洛史敦 (Brookstone)将通过较高的店面生产力及改善售卖文化，稳步地改进季度表现。 　　至于全劲（Global Active），集团将在澳洲和马来西亚扩充其GNC零售店业务。集团预期这家公司将有稳健的改进。

傲胜国际暴跌0.165元至0.78元。它的首季亏损计1730万元，瑞信把它的投资评级从表现优于大市降为“表现落后大市”，并把一年目标价定为0.75元。

看来还不是进场的时候。

Increase of shareholdings in Global Active Limited

The Directors of OSIM International Ltd are pleased to announce that ithas increased its shareholdings in its subsidiary Global Active Limited(“GAL”) from 82.06% to 82.38% through cash purchase of shares fromminority shareholders of GAL.

The aggregate cash consideration for the acquisition of shares isS$163,035.00 and the sum of consideration was arrived on a “willingbuyer willing seller” basis between the parties after arm’s lengthnegotiations. GAL is in the business of retailing and distributingnutraceutical products and health supplements.

This acquisition is not expected to have any material impact on theearnings per share and the net tangible assets per share of the Groupfor the financial year ending 31 December 2007. None of the Directorsor substantial shareholders of the Company have any interest, direct orindirect, in the above acquisition.

OSIM International – Is targeting to have 100 new stores in the Middle East within five years. The healthy-lifestyle products group said this yesterday as it announced the appointment of new franchisees in Kuwait and Iran and an exclusive distributor in Oman in a move to widen its Middle East network. With entry into these key markets, OSIM is expected to expand on the retail presence it currently holds in regional markets such as Saudi Arabia, the United Arab Emirates and Bahrain. OSIM said it will have retail presence in almost all the key Middle East markets by the end of the year. The master franchisee in Kuwait is Ali Alghanim & Sons, whose wide-ranging interests include electronic retailing. In Iran, the master franchisee is fitness equipment dealer Tunturi Center Shop. The distributor in Oman is Oman International Electronics and Trading Co LLC, a member of the OHI Group. Two new stores in Kuwait city and three more in Iran will open this year.

OSIM International – Was still in the red for Q207 after a net loss of $17.3m in Q107. But OSIM managed to slash the deficit to $3.1m. The Q2 net loss of $3.1m compares with a net profit of $13.3m for the previous corresponding period. Q2 revenue also fell 25% to $137.3m from $183.3m for the previous Q2. The bright note for the company is that the revenue was up 13% from the preceding first quarter's $121.3m. H107 net loss came to $20.4m, against a net profit of $13.7m in H106, as turnover fell to $258.6m from $338.6m in the year-ago period. Q2 was better when compared with Q1, said OSIM, adding that its US acquisition Brookstone and its Global Active chain continued their growth trend while the core OSIM business performed better in Q2 than Q1. With recent expansion of the OSIM network into key Middle East markets, OSIM believes that despite challenging industry conditions, its business prospects look positive over the longer term.

我覺得它的業績應該會轉好...

在按摩椅百家争鸣的情况下，osim已经不能恢复当年勇了，不是很好的投资，有赚就放吧。

长期投资不会有什么好处的。。。。

傲胜国际第三季净亏大幅度减少

　　傲胜国际（OSIM）截至9月底第三季净亏损报660元，比去年同期的980万元大幅度减少，这主要归功于美国、非洲、欧洲、中东等地的业务强劲所致。

　　集团营收微减1.2％至1亿3710万元，税前亏损则报470万元，比去年同期的790万元显著减少。每股亏损1.22分，净资产值25分。

　　尽管它的北亚和南亚地区的营收分别下降6％和11％，总裁沈财福说：“这两个地区的业务其实正在复苏中，并取得进展，其中中国的业务尤其令人鼓舞，而马来西亚的业务经一番内部改组后，也将走上成长轨道。傲胜接下来将致力于提高各地区和各方面业务的税前营运盈利(EBITA)、现金流量和盈利率。”

　　布洛史敦(Brookstone)业务方面，季度营收也增长4.2％。沈财福预期这家傲胜收购的美国零售店集团营收在第四季将继续好转，指出布洛史敦因服务对象主要是美国中等和上等收入消费者，加上业务规模还小，成长空间大，因此应该不会受到美国时下次贷危机的冲击。

傲胜国际可能在五年内 将中国按摩椅专卖店增两倍

　　（新加坡彭博电）傲胜国际（Osim International）可能在五年内将中国的按摩椅专卖店增加两倍。

　　傲胜国际预计在接下来的三至五年里，每年在中国增加80家专卖店。它是日本以外，亚洲最大型的按摩椅制作公司。

　　目前，傲胜在中国有大约200家专卖店，五年后，这个数字将会增加至500到600之间。

　　傲胜国际创办人及总裁沈财福说：“公司的中国业务预料会增长许多。”

　　傲胜去年的市场价值跃升15倍，2009的全年净收入报2300万元，比一年前9900万元亏损来得好。

这股我真看走眼了。。。可能2008亏钱所以不理它，那知道它从0.05冲到现在的价位0.8xx..
多过十七倍。。。。。。下回可要多留意它了。。。
