东西是不错，不过价格太贵，市场上便宜的alternative choice增加，是一大风险。

我之前不看好是它2008亏钱，5年来net profit又不美。。。不过它现在是我的投机股了。。。

Osim International posted 49% rise in net profit to $19.58 million for the three months ended Sept 30 compared to the same period a year ago.

Revenue rose to $142.3 million from $123.6 million.

Osim said it continues to enjoy strong sales and with more new products being introduced and expects the core business to remain strong.

The company has declared an interim dividend of 1 cent per share for the quarter.

Shares of Osim International rose as much as 2.7% to a 15-month high after it posted strong quarterly earnings and OCBC Investment Research raised its target price for the massage chair maker.

By 11:25 a.m., Osim shares were up 1.7% at $1.51. The shares have jumped 30.7% since the start of the year, compared with an 18% decline in the FTSE ST Consumer Goods Index. Nearly 3 million Osim shares were traded, 4.3 times their average daily volume over the last 5 sessions.

Osim said its third-quarter net profit surged 49% to $20 million, making it the 15th straight quarter of growth in profitability.

OCBC raised its target price for Osim to $1.87 from $1.79 and kept its ‘buy’ rating, citing higher expected dividend payouts, supported by strong cashflow generation. The brokerage expects Osim’s 2012 dividend per share to be 4.5 cents to 5 cents.

“Osim’s growth would be underpinned by its strong product innovation, a focus on middle-to-high income consumers and continued efforts to improve its productivity per man and per store,” said OCBC.

DMG raises target on Osim, keeps 'buy'

DMG & Partners Securities raised its target price for Osim International to $2.04 from $1.75 and maintained its ‘buy’ rating, saying investors have turned more confident about the company’s earnings.

Osim shares were down 0.3% at $1.80 on Thursday.

Two new massage chairs will drive Osim’s earnings for 2013-2014 fiscal years, DMG said. It added that China, where the massage chairs penetration rates are still at 1% despite having a growing pool of newly rich, is a key market for Osim.

DMG sees more sales in Osim’s nutritional supplements business, which is represented under GNC and the company’s own proprietary brand RichLife. It also sees growth in Osim’s luxury tea retailing business TWG.

OCBC Investment Research raised its target price on massage chair maker Osim International (OSIL.SI) to $2.14 from $1.87 and maintained ‘buy’, citing China’s recovering economy, innovative products and attractive valuation versus its peers.

Osim shares were down 0.3% at $1.78 on Friday. The stock surged 50% last year, beating the 32% gain in the FT ST Midcap Index.

“We believe that Osim International would be a key beneficiary of a recovery in the economic conditions in China, which is its largest market,” OCBC said.

Osim plans to launch two new massage chair models and has embarked on a nationwide advertising campaign in China, OCBC said, adding that these initiatives, coupled with a focus on improving productivity, will help drive sales and profitability in 2013 fiscal year.

Osim International reported a 33% rise in net profit from last year to $22.60 million, or 3.11 cents per share, for the fourth quarter ended Dec 31.

Revenues rose 8.3% to $154.58 million from $142.68 million a year earlier.

Full-year profit jumped 26% from the previous year to $86.93 million, while revenues rose 9% to $601.68 million.

Earnings per share for the full year rose to 11.85 cents from 10.18 cents a year ago.

启示：尽管经济局势充满挑战，公司连续第3年录得盈利新高，并且连续16个季度取得盈利增长。公司计划在2013年增设30到40家傲胜专卖店。公司迄今在中国43个城市设有278家傲胜专卖店。

Osim said it posted record earnings of $25.1 million for the 3 months ending March (1Q2013), 13.2% higher than a year ago.

Revenue for the quarter was $151 million, not much changed from a year ago. The increase in sales was driven by the launch of new products.

However, profit before tax reached a high of $32 million. The better performance is due mainly to increase in sales and better productivity.

At 31 March 2013, the cash and cash equivalents of the group stood at $220 million. Including fixed income investments of $33 million, total cash & cash equivalents and fixed income investments is $253 million.

Osim now has 596 outlets. In China, it is in 43 cities with 274 outlets. For this year, it are targeting to open 30 to 40 Osim outlets.

The directors are recommending an interim dividend of 1 cent per share.

傲胜国际(OSIM Int’l)在1Q13录得净利从去年同期的2,220万元提高13.2%至2,510万元，也是连续第17个季度取得盈利新高。表现提高的动力主要来自新产品天使二变按摩椅的强劲销售额、产品组合改善及生产力提高。本季度的收入从1亿5,010万元仅微增0.4%至1亿5,060万元。公司宣布派发每股1分的股息。展望未来，公司拟在今年下半年推出一款高档按摩椅。截至3月31日，公司在全球34个国家设有业务，并经营596间傲胜专卖店、252间健安喜(GNC)/瑞莱(Richlife)专卖店、267间美国零售店布洛史敦(Brookstone)及17间TWG精品茶茶座。

启示：市场对公司的业绩无动于衷，由于其股价在今天开市时保持在昨天的2.03元闭市价。鉴于核心的按摩椅业务仍是最大的增长动力，以及公司在中国市场的地位稳固，公司预期今年将取得10%的收入增长，比去年的9%来得高。

Osim International, the manufacturer and seller of high-end massagers, posted a net profit of $26.1 million for its second quarter ended June 30. This was 16% from the same period a year ago. Earnings per share was higher at 3.61 cents compared to 3.09 cents.

Revenue for the quarter was $165.5 million, up 7%. The group declared an interim dividend of two cents a share, unchanged from a year ago.

傲胜国际(OSIM International)在截至2013年9月30日的9M13录得收入从4亿4,710万元提高4.9%至4亿6,910万元，盈利则从6,430万元提高15%至7,400万元。3Q13的盈利从1,960万元增加16.1%至2,270万元，由于收入从1亿4,230万元增加7.5%至1亿5,300万元。销售额提高是由于所有产品如按摩椅、营养补给品和按摩器等在各个区域的表现都提高了。值得留意的是，公司的中国业务再次交出良好的季度业绩，因它不断地树立品牌及提高产品知名度。在上个季度推出的uInfinity按摩椅(售价为7,000元)也是收入的一大动力。公司在3Q13斥资230万元增设17家分店及提升现有的分店。公司也在不久前以720万美元把其在茶座公司TWG Tea的股权从45%增加至53.7%。

启示：彭博社对分析师所作调查而得出的净利预测为2,350万元。虽然公司的3Q13净利比分析师预测来得低，但它连续19个季度取得盈利增长。公司拟继续提高其主要市场的销售额，并在北亚增设更多的分店。

Osim International said is posted a 16% rise in earnings of $22.7 million for the third quarter ended Sep from $19.6 million a year ago.

This translates into earnings per share of 3.14 cents for the quarter. Besides being the retailer of massage chairs, Osim now operates tea boutiques and sells nutritional supplements.

Revenue rose 7% to $153 million, led by higher sales was for products like uInfinity, uDivine App, uAngel, uPhoria, uHug, uPixie, uCozy, uRelax, uPebble, uBio, uSlender, uShape and nutritional supplements like Taut, Stem C, Zhi and Liver Protector.

Profit before tax was $30 million +13%. The better performance was due mainly to an increase in sales and better productivity.

The directors have declared an interim dividend of one cent a share, unchanged from a year ago.
