【BREM 8761 交流专区】柏年控股

这次是小弟的第一次发表~~
目的是分享和希望各位大大指教指教小弟~~
因为偶从事建筑,所以偶的心水股其实也在建筑业~~~
毕竟偶公司的股对目前的我偶来说价格偏高~~
偶负担不来,只好退而求其次~~
尽量选一些价格比较低的公司~~~
之前偶在SUNWAY-WB 大概开了一番~~
那时母价大概是在0.50-0.70左右~~
偶因为贪心,所以买了warrant~~~
当时只是知道这只股的NTA 是 0.90~~
因为有点内幕消息得关系,所以买这只股时基本上是没做什么基本分析~~
(SUNWAY-WB在0.19买进,0.37卖出) ~~赚了一点~~
后来在Zecon-WB(0.44买进, 0.50卖出)~~~
这Zecon-WB是因为佳礼 & LC mart的几位大大的介绍和分析后才买进的~~
当然,也赚了一点~~~
但经过 sanbumi (偶在 0.87 买进,它竟然在短短两星期跌至0.67
~~现在hold 着)的教训后,偶还是觉得股票有时真的还蛮难预测的~~
技術分析有它的优点但也有它的缺點~~
我們得承認,技術分析有相當的準確性,不然它就不會流傳至今和酱多人使用着。但是技術分析也存在著不足之處(在此越过)~~
所以有时基本分析真的不能不看看~~
还有得是偶觉得还是投资回自己比较熟悉的行业~~建筑~~
当然,偶在这开贴的目的是想和各位大大分享(指教比较贴切)~~~

使偶注意到这只股的是它的NTA既然是 3.00~~!!
而它的股价只是徘徊在1.50左右~~
前三年这只股还派着$0.08 的现金股息~~
这只股被忽略了吗~~~!!??
还是这只股本身有问题~~!!??
这几天成交量明显增加了~~
收盘价却越来越低了~~
是时候进了吗~~!!??
毕竟偶还是新丁~~~
希望能从各位大大身上学东西~~~
欢迎各位大大狠狠的批评~~

不知有没有更深入的财报吗?比如:工程在手有几多,管理层的资料,负债资料,07年财报预测多少等。
如果看了这些深入的财报就容易知道是否值得投资。 |

偶是新手~~~
哈哈~~so 您说的管理层的资料,负债资料,07年财报预测多少等偶真的不知怎样回答料~~
偶注意这只股时,是被它的NTA, DY 和每股营利所吸引的~~
sanbumi 后,小的也不敢乱乱买股票料~~
所以开次帖, 希望各位前辈可以指教指教小的~~
您说的07年财报预测多少通常是可以从那里的来的?? |

Brem 的 Net Turnover/Net Sales 增加的现象~~
再加上Net profit 也有增加的趋势~~~
Management 应该没什么问题吧~~!!??
从2004年起到2006年的 Operating Margin,Return on Equity Capital 还有Net Profit Margin 都有蛮明显的增加和增强~~
当然它的cash flow in hand 是比往年明显的少了(从RM 23,779‘000 跌到RM11,208’000)~~
不过它的current ratio 也从 2。26(yr2005) 增加到2。37(yr2006)~~ |

负债和工程如何呢??在最近的两年有拿过什么工程吗??这可以从bursa announcement得知。 |

有两个方法,看其他证券行预测。或拿他们手上的project来预测。
买股是买未来的盈利,不是现在的盈利。以前的盈利只是告诉了我们管理层的能力, ...

这是最正确的投资心态了,搞清楚了这个,你的投资就肯定赚钱了。
价钱的下跌有几种可能性:
1。工程出问题
2。手上的project就来完,未来没有什么project.
3。工程材料价格大起,provision loss很厉害
如果不是以上的原因,越跌越值得买进。 |

怎样upload 图~~!!??
也不知为什么~~
volume 突然上升~~
而价钱却开始跌落~~
还是跌的蛮厉害的~~~
小弟对这股蛮在意的是它的NTA 是 RM3.00 而股价才 RM1.50左右~~
偶会努力找出价钱下跌的原因~~
也希望其他大大能踊跃的分析/分享~~~

8年大大,
哈哈,从手头上的project越来越少这点看来真的有点糟了~~~
小弟试找找看看朋友中中有谁在BREM工作的吧~~
看看他们最近有没有 award 到什么工程~~~

Am ARA Reit Managers Sdn Bhd (Am ARA), the manager of AmFirst Real Estate Investment Trust (AmFirst REIT), has completed the acquisition of Kelana Brem Towers in Kelana Jaya from Brem Holdings Bhd yesterday. AmFirst REIT acquired the property for RM85 million, a discount of 3.4% from its independent valuation of RM88 million. "The acquisition was fully financed through bank borrowings and will raise AmFirst Reit’s gearing to about 25.2%,” Am ARA said in a statement. Subsequently, AmFirst Reit’s asset base rose by almost 18% to RM575 million, while its property portfolio is enlarged from four to five assets. The new acquisition also enhances AmFirst REIT’s net lettable area from 1.03 million sq ft to 1.32 million sq ft, making it the largest office-space REIT in the country. Unitholders stand to enjoy a distribution per unit (DPU) of 7.77 sen and 7.97 sen for the years ending March 31, 2008 and March 31, 2009 respectively post acquisition compared to the forecast DPU of 7.24 sen and 7.39 sen. |
