Ltd, a company incorporated in Saudi Arabia,comprising 2,450 shares of SAR 1,000 each for the total considerationof approximately S$1,036,608 (the equivalent of SAR 2,450,000) fromYongnam Private Limited, the Board of Directors of the Company wishesto announce that the proposed acquisition has been terminated due tocertain conditions precedent of the acquisition have not been fulfilled.

Singapore, April 15, 2009 – Yongnam Holdings Limited (“Yongnam” or the “Group”), a well-established structural steel contractor and specialist civil engineering solutions provider, today announced that it has won three new contracts, valued at approximately U.A.E. Dirhams (“AED”) 98.1 million (approximately S$40.4 million), for the Dubai Metro.

Awarded by the main contractor, Japan-Turkey Metro Joint Venture, the three contracts add on to the Group’s maiden win in July 2007 for the construction of double-curved roof structures for 13 over-ground stations for the Dubai Metro Green Line (“Green Line”). Following the maiden win, the Group also clinched successive contracts and variation orders for the supply, fabrication and erection of structural steelworks for the Dubai Metro Red Line (“Red Line”), and strutting works for both the Red and Green Lines.

Said Mr Seow Soon Yong, Yongnam’s CEO: “Having made our beachhead into Dubai only in mid-2007, we are delighted that we have made commendable progress over a short span of time. As the Group’s next key market after Singapore, we have witnessed revenue contribution from the Middle East surge from S$65.1 million in FY2007 to S$143.3 million in FY2008.

Yongnam Holdings Limited (“Yongnam” or the “Group”), a well-established structural steel contractor and specialist engineering solutions provider, today reported that it has secured two new contracts worth S$40.7 million from two of Singapore’s iconic projects – Marina Bay Sands™ Integrated Resort (“MBS IR”) and the Marina Coastal Expressway (“MCE”).

The Group has won its 8th MBS IR contract, worth S$17.6 million, to construct a segment of the Lion Garden Bridge and a cooling tower structure.

The Board of Directors wishes to announce that the Company has been informed by its Finance Director and Executive Director Mr Chia Sin Cheng that he is assisting the Commercial Affairs Department in its investigation on possible infringement of section 218 of the Securities and Futures Act.

The Company will monitor the progress of the investigations and will make such further announcements as appropriate.

個人認為可以投資長期 ( 3 - 5 年或更長),  因為近几年新加坡有很多的建築發展,  當中不少 Yongnam 都有分一杯羹.   而且公司也很積極的往外發展.

请问record order book 是什么？？

PE 是要用全年的 EPS 來算的 . 通常 PE 在 10 以內我才會認為是合理的價格

• The stock has pullback from its high of S$0.26 and has been holding above its
50-day SMA at S$0.21. There is also a strong support at S$0.20. Prices could
continue on its climb if both of these levels hold steady in the coming days.
• Its indicators are slowly improving. Its RSI has hooked upwards while its
MACD is converging.
• Traders could buy now with a stop placed below S$0.20 for a short term trade.
The stock has a good chance of retesting the recent highs of S$0.26-0.28
again.

Singapore, August 12, 2009 – Yongnam Holdings Limited (“Yongnam” or the “Group”), a well-established structural steel contractor and specialist civil engineering solutions provider, today reported a 53.8% jump in the Group’s profit after tax to S$20.7 million for the six months ended June 30, 2009 (“1HFY2009”). Revenue
displayed a similar upward trend, increasing by 37.0% from S$133.8 million in the previous corresponding period (“1HFY2008”) to S$183.2 million in 1HFY2009.

Said Mr Seow Soon Yong, Chief Executive Officer of Yongnam: “Riding on our strong performance in the first quarter of this year, we continued to leverage on our established brand name and trusted track record to achieve another quarter of commendable results, leading to our creditable double-digit growth figures for the
first half of 2009. Moving forward, we will continue our relentless efforts to strategically expand our presence in the local and regional structural steelworks and specialist engineering industries.”

On a quarterly basis, the Group’s revenue of S$86.4 million for the three months ended June 30, 2009 (“2QFY2009”) kept pace with the performance of S$86.3 million recorded in the previous corresponding quarter (“2QFY2008”). Improved margins brought net profit up by 22.0%, from S$8.7 million in 2QFY2008 to S$10.6 million in 2QFY2009.
