（1）春迅集團主要製造紅外線探測器及相關配備。由於該公司產品也出口到海外市場，預料馬幣匯率下跌對它的業務表現有利，有望取得更高的外匯盈余。至於該公司業務前景，在宣佈截至2014年9月30日為止最新業績時，隨著取得亮麗業績表現，該公司將繼續專注推動業務成長。預料該公司未來業務前景仍然正面。

（2）截至2014年9月30日為止，該公司的現金及銀行余款總額為1千759萬2千令吉，而其保留盈利為2千261萬1千令吉。其股本為8千547萬3千令吉。

這些數據可作為公司是否可派高息及紅股給股東的參考。

（3）該公司為一家投資控股公司，旗下子公司主要涉足3大業務領域，包括（一）投資控股（包括管理服務）、（二）製造業-製造紅外線探測器及相關配備，行動感應器及光控制儀器、無線錄像通訊儀器、門鈴、住家安全系統等，以及（三）貿易業務，主要是貿易旗下製造產品及相關配備。是否繼續持有，這裡的一點資料供參考。

（吉隆坡16日讯）传感器控制LED照明业者春讯集团有限公司（IQGROUP，5107，消费产品组），放眼透过贸易展览活动，于未来12个月内进军中东市场。

春讯集团首席执行员毕斯利透露：“我们开发将带来重大商机的市场，我们积极探讨的其中一个地方就是中东。”

他说，现在预测中东市场对集团收入的贡献仍然太早。

与此同时，春讯集团也与新加坡一个分销商合作，在东南亚行销该集团的新工业照明品牌Lumiqs。

毕斯利表示：“我们在Lumiqs品牌下照明方案的回应非常庞大。展望未来，我们预测这个产品拥有庞大商机，我们将在未来3至4年内看到正面的收入贡献。”

据他称，Lumiqs品牌LED产品将透过智能照明方案，当探测到人事自动调整其照明亮度，从而让用户可节省高达90%电源。

该集团继续维持其作为传感器控制LED照明供应商的优势，因它继续在本地市场取得成长。

虽然令吉疲软持续影响主要依赖进口的本地业务，但以出口为主导公司如春讯集团，却继续创下成长。

其集团财务总监徐婷婷称，疲软令吉的结果，春讯集团预料将在盈利利润方面看到‘重大的提升’。

“我们来临季度的业绩将会偏正面。”

她也预料实施消费税对该集团的影响将属轻微，因所有从马来西亚出口的商品都是零税率。

徐婷婷指出：“我们是一家出口公司，我们99%的收入是来自出口。因此，基本上我们所有出口都获得豁免消费税。”

她补充，该集团已经应用授权交易方案，容许该公司索回进口商品的任何消费税。

根据大马皇家关税局，授权交易方案将容许贸易商在进口商品时废弃须支付消费税。这项计划的推介意味着协助再出口商缓和现金流动问题。

在截至2014年9月杪的第2季度，春讯集团录得635万令吉净盈利，比一年前的676万令吉来得低。而收入则从5153万令吉，稍提高到5246万令吉。

春讯集团的最大收入贡献是来自英国（30.6%），其次是欧洲大陆（29.2%）、日本（23.63%）、和美国（13.4%）。

该集团的部分客户包括Honeywell、Osram、菲利浦、Hager和Elpa Asahi电子。【光华日报财经】
