（吉隆坡20日讯）东和资源（TONGHER，5010，主板工业股）2011财政年次季（截至6月30日）净利按年上涨80.4%，至1474万4000令吉；营业额按年暴涨160.5%，达1亿6558万令吉。
该公司2011财政年上半年的净利按年增涨131.8%，至2773万令吉；营业额则达3亿零889万9000令吉，按年扬升152.3%。
另外，该公司宣布，委任现年22岁的蔡义廷（译音）为副董事经理，他是该公司主席蔡明地的儿子。

東和資源（TONGHER，5010，主要板工業）資產負債表健康，或在2012年成淨現金公司，加上海外貢獻看俏，股價潛在上揚空間大。

該公司首半財年淨利2450萬令吉已超越預期，唯由海于外經濟情況不明朗，2011財年每股收益10倍下調至8倍，合理價因而從3.10下修至2.40令吉。

貢獻約780萬
新的合理價2.40令吉，說明公司尚有24%的上揚空間。

我們非常喜歡東和資源健康的資產負債表，並有望在2012財年成為一個淨現金公司，且又是一家國際螺絲釘生產業者。

該公司去年進運越南的鋁型材（aluminium extrusion）已開始獲利，2011首半財年貢獻約780萬令吉，佔總盈利的24%。

儘管歐美經濟情況不穩定，或使東和資源下半年的業績增長放緩，但隨著公司對市場的了如指掌，料不會帶來多大的衝擊。

東和資源全日于正區窄幅波動，最終閉市時掛1.95令吉，揚2仙，成交量25萬6400股。

（吉隆坡23日讯）虽然分析员已调低东和资源（Tongher，5010，主板工业产品股）的合理价，不过，鉴于该股还有19%的上涨空间以及4%周息率，因此依然建议“买入”该股。

东和资源在2011年首9个月的销售需求量好坏参半，不过却减少对欧美市场的依赖。艾芬投资银行认为，扩大本地的市场为一项正面的因素，因为发达国家经济前景已走下坡。

末季需求料增
此外，分析员相信东和资源在2011财年第四季的需求量会增加，主要是来自好几家受到大水灾影响的泰国制造商的需求。

分析员预估，东和资源在2012年的需求增长为5%。

艾芬投资银行分析员指出，在过去6个月，镍的价格下滑了26%。由于镍占了不锈钢60%的成本，所以不锈钢管的价格将会紧随镍的价格。

在欧债以及中国收紧银根的政策下，分析员谨慎看待镍的价格，这是该公司会面对的其中一个风险。

尽管如此，该公司在2010年的派息为每股8仙，或是相等于4.1%的周息率，这比一般长钢业者的周息率来得高。在看过该公司的资产负债表后，分析员认为维持同样的派息率，应当是没有问题。

分析员将东和资源在2011财年至2013财年的盈利预测，调低8%至9%。有鉴于此，艾芬投资银行将原有的目标价2.85令吉，降低至2.30令吉。

截至今年3月31日首季，該公司首季營業額按年揚升3%至1479萬令吉。

淨利滑落，使得公司每股盈利由10.23仙下滑至5.26仙。

該公司在報備文件中指出，生產成本增加，加上賺幅萎縮，使得公司盈利銳減。

公司的不鏽鋼和鋁製品銷售分別增長227萬令吉和236萬令吉，推高公司首季營業額。

儘管歐洲經濟局勢充滿不確定因素，但德國訂單依然增加，其中以鋁製品出口銷售業績表現最佳。

（吉隆坡15日讯）东和资源（Tongher，5010，主板工业产品股）宣布，欧盟委员会已终止对子公司Tong Heer Fasteners私人有限公司和泰国Tong Heer Fasteners有限公司进行的反倾销调查。

董事局向马交所报备，两家子公司是在今天收到欧盟委员会的信函。该委员会建议终止对两家公司展开的调查。

早前，欧盟委员会针对这两家子公司可能规避反倾销措施而展开调查。
