传名流觊觎邱继炳股权
马联工业盘中飙12%

（吉隆坡10日讯）市场传出，本地知名人物有兴趣收购丹斯里邱继炳所持有马联工业（MUIIND，3891，主板贸服股）的股权，带动股价今天一度上涨12.24%。

《星报》引述消息人士透露：“一位知名人士有兴趣收购股权，且已聘请金融机顾问机构接洽近几年非常低调的邱继炳。”

消息人士指出，这批股权的收购价将高于市价，因为无论是谁收购这批股权，将可掌控马联工业。

截至6月2日，邱继炳持有马联工业47.58%股权。

马联工业是一家拥有庞大资产的公司，涉及房地产、酒店、零售、金融服务及食品与甜食。

2周劲升51%

该公司股价在近几周稳步走高，从10月27日至今共劲升51.43%。

今天，该股收在26.5仙，全日上升2仙或8.16%，盘中一度冲上27.5仙；成交量达1亿596万7900股，成为全场第三大热门股。

马联工业有不少股东是知名人士，包括MyEG（MYEG，0138，主板贸服股）董事经理兼单一最大股东黄天顺。

根据2017年报，他持有马联工业少于1%股权。

此外，与黄天顺有关的投资者拿督再也古玛，也崛起为股东。市场相信，他们看到公司的资产价值被低估。

举例，位于吉隆坡安邦路的13层Corus酒店，拥有净账面价值达5450万令吉，同时，也在全国拥有地皮。马联工业近期并没有为这些资产重新估值。【e南洋】

黄天顺出清股票．马联工业和缤纷多媒体暴跌

（吉隆坡13日讯）MYEG服务（MYEG，0138，主板贸服组）大股东兼董事经理黄天顺否认有意收购马联工业（MUIIND，3891，主板贸服组），同时表示早已出清手上的马联工业和缤纷多媒体（PALETTE，0005，创业板科技组）股票。

MYEG服务发文告表示，黄天顺澄清，他收购马联工业和缤纷多媒体，是作为被动投资（passive investments）。不幸的是，一些媒体从公司年报中抽取其中资讯和报道，制造出并购活动正待进行的误导性消息。

不再投资上市股票

“我要澄清，我已脱售所有马联工业和缤纷多媒体的股票，未来将不再作出任何被动投资于上市公司股票。”

英文《星报》引述消息说，国内一强人已延聘金融谘询公司接触丹斯里邱继炳，准备收购邱继炳在马联工业的持股。

多位人士已出现在马联工业股东名单中，根据公司年报，黄天顺在马联工业持股少过1%；而接近黄天顺的拿督再也古玛也崛起为股东。

而在今年10月初，有报道指缤纷多媒体出现重量级投资者，带动该公司股价大涨。

根据该公司2017年年报显示，该公司30大股东中，出现了两位重量级投资者，分别为黄天顺及布拉马，黄天顺持有缤纷多媒体3.92%股权，为该公司第五大股东，布拉马则持有13.77%凭单，为第二大凭单持有人。

黄天顺和布拉马也分别持有力扬科技（EFORCE，0065，主板科技组）19.51%和5.46%股权。

黄天顺在上个月也否认透过瑞士信贷公司（Credit Suisse）吸纳宏进工业（PERMAJU，7080，主板贸服组）的5.17%股权。

馬聯合工業 邱繼炳兒子接任總執行長

（吉隆坡10日訊）今年已78歲的大馬富豪丹斯里邱繼炳宣布卸下馬聯合工業（MUIIND，3891，主要板貿服）總執行長一職，由其現年45歲的兒子安德魯邱武耀（譯音）回巢接任，他則改任執行主席職。

據馬聯合工業向馬證交所報備文告指出，邱武耀持有澳洲國籍，他曾在2009年至2012年間，同時出任馬聯合工業和泛馬洋灰（PMCORP，4081，主要板消費）非獨立非執行董事一職，之後在2012年8月離職。

據《星報》報導指出，市場觀察人士指出，邱武耀此次回巢領軍，或預示著公司業務將出現變化，因為市場普遍認為，這是一個具有很大潛能、但沒有動力去推動資產進一步擴張的實體。

據文告指出，邱武耀也曾在2002至2003年間，在父親旗下的英國著名家飾品零售集團Laura Ashley擔任公司事務總監，及在廓思酒店（Corus Hotel）總執行長的特別助理。

邱繼炳早前在馬聯合工業截至今年6月底的最新財報中指出，上財年對集團而言是非常挑戰的一年，尤其是零售業務，受到英國脫歐及整體海內外零售業面貌改變的衝擊。

他說，馬聯合工業未來將持續合理化旗下資產和業務，並整頓企業架構，減少銀行借貸、增加現金流、和為旗下股東創造更多價值。【中国报财经】
