（吉隆坡4日訊）國內企業大亨丹斯里邱繼炳旗下3家上市公司的首席財務員（CFO）何春發（譯音）呈辭，但強調並沒有與董事部意見不合。

何春發都在馬聯工業（MUIIND，3891，主板貿服組）、泛馬控股（PMHLDG，1287，主板旅店組）及馬聯產業（MUIPROP，3913，主板產業組）擔任首席財務員職位。

3家公司發文告指出，現年46歲的何春發離職是為了另謀高就，沒有與董事部意見不合。

馬聯工業雖有利可圖，但泛馬控股及馬聯產業最新業績卻蒙受虧損。（星洲日報／財經）

子公司多付租金 马联工业拟索回1420万

（吉隆坡21日讯）马联工业（MUIIND，3891，主板贸服股）指，旗下子公司马联管理私人有限公司（Malayan United Management）和泛马机构（PMCORP，4081，主板工业产品股）支付过多的租金，总数达1420万426.21令吉，现正积极索回该笔金额。

该公司向马交所报备，马联管理私人有限公司和泛马机构于2011年11月1日翻新租金合约时，分别多付Fairway产业私人有限公司，达485万6587.50令吉和934万3838.70令吉的租金。

有鉴于此，马联工业指出，他们将向Fairway产业私人有限公司索回该笔金额。[南洋网财经]

The Company wishes to clarify the following: Fairway Properties Sdn Bhd (“Fairway”) is a wholly-owned subsidiary of Pan Malaysian Industries Berhad (“PMI”). The Company is an associate to PMI. Fairway is the owner of Menara PMI. By virtue of the Renewal of Tenancy Agreements entered into between Fairway and the Subsidiaries, Fairway as the landlord had been collecting rentals from the Subsidiaries who are tenants in Menara PMI. As a result of oversight in the processing of the payment of rentals, overpayments of rentals had been made by the Subsidiaries. The renewal term of the tenancy agreements are for a fixed period of 3 years commencing from 1 November 2011 until 31 October 2014. In view of the said overpayments, the Subsidiaries had on 18 December 2013 and 20 December 2013, respectively, issued letters of demand to Fairway requesting for repayment of the said overpayments. （吉隆坡22日訊）上訴庭三司今日諭令前大馬美後與企業大亨丹斯里邱繼炳的離婚案，須重返吉隆坡家事法庭重審。

以拿督黃達華為首的上訴庭三司，一致裁決該離婚案爭議點多，並撤銷高庭法官羅萊妮允許邱繼炳可在大馬入稟離婚申請的判決，另2名上訴庭法官分別為拿督馬永貴及拿督阿里夫。

蔡秀萍曾是1969馬來西亞小姐冠軍，她在去年2月月以丈夫作出“不合理行為”為由，入稟英國法院申請結束逾40年的婚姻關係。

上訴庭法官今日在宣讀口頭判詞時，除推翻本地法庭有權審理這宗涉及英國與大馬法庭權限的離婚案外，也諭令案件交由新法官展開全面審訊，這也意味著，離婚案到底是在大馬或英國進行，尚未有定論。

高庭法官羅萊妮於去年12月裁決，在2013年福布斯大馬富豪榜中排名第36的邱繼炳，可以在大馬入稟離婚申請，但蔡秀萍隨後提出上訴。（星洲網）

馬聯工業2630萬購隆地皮

（吉隆坡30日訊）丹斯里邱繼炳屬下馬聯工業（MUIIND,3891,主板貿服組），將向聯號公司泛馬工業（PAN MALAYSIAN INDUSTRIES）收購吉隆坡一塊土地，出價為2千630萬令吉。

馬聯工業發表文告說，獨資子公司廊思酒店（Hotel Corus）將買下泛馬工業的獨資子公司Two Holdings，後者擁有吉隆坡市中心的約1千478平方米地段。

馬聯工業表示，上述土地毗鄰該公司屬下明閣酒店公司的一家酒店，買地後可提高資產價值。

上週一（23日）除牌的泛馬工業，掌握馬聯工業的13.23%股權。（星洲日報／財經）
