（吉隆坡28日讯）国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸易服股）去年12月单月，净赚6亿390万令吉，营业额报42亿2010万令吉，建议派息21.41仙。

从9月1日至12月31日的四个月内，则净赚27亿5570万令吉；营业额报158亿2710万令吉。

董事部已经批准将财年截止日期，从原本的8月31日更改至12月31日，因此业绩无法作出按年比较。

国能持续看好我国今年的经济表现，因此，也预见电力需求能够持稳。

另外，政府持续推行第二期（2018年至2020年）的奖掖基础管制（IBR），也能让公司更准确地预估净利表现，因燃油成本风险已经减少。

国能进军英国风力发电

（吉隆坡1日讯）国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸易服股）以7737万英镑（约4.18亿令吉）收购英国两家再生能源公司的80%股权，首次进军该国岸内风力发电市场。

国能今天发文告宣布，独资子公司国能Wind Ventures英国有限公司，已完成收购GVO Wind和Bluemerang资本有限公司80%股权。

这是国能第二次在英国收购，该公司在去年收购Vortex Solar太阳能光伏资产。

根据文告，这项收购是配合国能5年国际发展蓝图而进行，也符合扩展再生能源市场的策略，让国能在2025年成为全球顶尖公用事业公司之一。

国能有意通过新建发展或通过收购其他再生能源资产或互补技术，把再生能源资产组合扩大到最理想的规模。

完成收购之后，国能的国际再生能源资产组合，将会有合计净发电量约280兆瓦。

属低风险投资

国能总裁兼总执行长拿督斯里阿兹曼指出：“这项收购将扩大国能的再生能源资产组合规模，且加强在这市场的技术和商业洞察力。”

这两家英国公司合计资产组合，为英国最大型的电力回购风力发电资产，包括53个岸内中型风力涡轮机，总发电量为26.1兆瓦。

国能收购营运中的风力资产是一项低风险投资，因不会面对策划和建筑风险。

此外，收购的风力资产包括较新的资产，平均为2.5年，且预计可用超过25年。

这些资产遍布英国，提供多元化及对个别岸内风力涡轮机营业额风险作出自然护盘。

同时，也获得当地20年电力回购扶持，并提供诱人的回酬及增值盈利。

配合这项收购，国能有意发展人力资本。国能将促进员工在风力再生能源营运的培训和接触，特别是在一个先进国，因为是最先体验到科技及市场趋势的变化。



周息率上看5%

分析员普遍认为，成本转嫁机制让国能把燃料成本风险转嫁给消费者，而电力需求持续增长约2%至2.9%；盈利展望稳定。

大华继显研究分析员指出：“更重要的是，这表示国能可把大量净利当股息派发给股东。”

昨日，该公司公布4个月业绩表现及建议派息21.41仙，令部分分析员感到意外。

国能已上调股息政策，从2018财年开始，国能将以核心净利的30%至60%用作派息。

派息令人惊喜

加上管理层维持高效资本架构以推动展望，所以分析员认为，周息率会处于较稳定水平，达约5%。

国能去年12月单月，净赚6亿390万令吉，营业额报42亿2010万令吉。

而从9月1日至12月31日的四个月内，则净赚27亿5570万令吉；营业额报158亿2710万令吉。【e南洋】

完成收购之后，国能的国际再生能源资产组合，将会有合计净发电量约280兆瓦。

行家建议：

我们正面看待，通过引入更多先进再生能源技术，国能将可多元化旗下发电业务组合。

同时，国能此次收购的是低风险高素质资产，预计还有25年寿命。

另外，这些资产也有英国政府一项长达20年的再生能源机制支持。

另一方面，风力发电一般会在冬季时带来更多营收，而太阳能资产则是在夏季时最具生产效率。因此，这项两项收购的资产可形成互补。

不过，收购价相等于每兆瓦370万英镑，相当昂贵。

然而，国能财务稳健，负债率0.6倍，还有50亿令吉现金，要筹够资金应绰绰有余。

风电资产贡献不显著．国能财测评级维持

（吉隆坡2日讯）国家能源（TENAGA，5347，主板贸服组）以7737万英镑（4.178亿令吉）收购英国两家风力发电公司，分析员一致认为该风电资产贡献不显著，维持财测与评级。

MIDF研究认为收购不见得廉宜，不过获得英国保证电费达20年。英国2013至2015年所建风力发电场成本每兆瓦350万至410万英镑之间，国家能源所购上述资产大约660万英镑，价位略高。

闭市时，国家能源股价以15令吉70仙平盘价挂收。

上述两项收购再添26兆瓦，使再生能源的国际电能增至280兆瓦。

大众研究也预期上述风力发电资产的贡献不显著，因此维持财测。每兆瓦获223英镑的营收，远比英国与欧洲再生能源电费高。

国家能源是透过旗下国能风电创投英国公司，收购GVO风电公司和Bluemerang资本公司80%股权。

早前则收购Vortex太阳能投资公司50%股权。

分析员说，最新收购的风电资产与太阳能发电资产相辅相成，Vortex将发365兆瓦电力。

MIDF说，风电在冬天时创造更多营收，太阳能资产则在夏天有更高营收。

國能發文告指出，基于履行與Setia Haruman私人有限公司之間有條件股權買賣協議的所有先決條件。

因此，國能也已通過內部融資，完成收購Setia Haruman科技，后者將成為國能獨資子公司。

Setia Haruman科技主要涉及資訊科技（IT）相關服務。

是項股權收購符合國能“Reimagining Tenaga”戰略，即帶動戰略服務產品的進一步增長。

（雪邦11日讯）由国家能源公司（TNB）承建，预计为全马最大的大型太阳能项目，自2017年7月动工以来，已完成50%以上。

这项50兆瓦太阳能电站工程进展顺利，包括安装太阳能电池板、132kv地下电缆及铺设10公里光纤。

国家能源公司（能源投资业务）副总裁拿督诺阿兹曼发文告说，国能将致力于建设132kV变电站及电力控制室，而安装超过23万8000块太阳能电池板的工作正全面展开。

他强调，国能有信心在今年11月如期投入商业营运。

据悉，上述大型太阳能项目是由国能独资子公司—国能雪邦太阳能私人有限公司在瓜拉冷岳一片98公顷的土地上进行，此项目的主要承包商为国能工程有限公司。

国能在去年经过竞争性招标后，赢得这项价值超过3亿令吉的工程，放眼引领国内可再生能源增长，并通过绿色技术优化发电。【e南洋】

（吉隆坡19日讯）国家能源（Tenaga Nasional Bhd）与得标者成立的特殊用途公司签署两份大型太阳能购电协议。

根据文告，这两个得标者是位于吉打Kuala Muda的国能厂房及Gebeng私人有限公司位于彭亨关丹的厂房。

这两家特殊用途公司将分别设计、建设、拥有、营运和维护太阳能光伏发电厂。

国能Bukit Selambau Solar私人有限公司的厂房将拥有30兆瓦（MWac）产能，Gebeng的厂房产能则是29.92兆瓦。它们预计，分别在2020年12月31日及2月3日投入运作。

国能说：“签署上述购电协议将不会显著影响国能的发行股本及大股东股权架构，而且将在协议期限内，为国能的收益带来温和的贡献。”

另外，国能宣布，将在截至2017年12月杪财年派发每股21.41仙终期股息，将于4月19日支付，除权日为4月4日。

（吉隆坡23日讯）国家能源（Tenaga Nasional Bhd）与Halpro Engineering私人有限公司签署了一份为期21年的大型太阳能光伏购电协议。

Halpro将设计、建造、拥有、营运和维护坐落于彭亨州北根柏巴（Bebar），一座30兆瓦的太阳能光伏发电厂。

国能今日向大马交易所报备，商业营运日预计为2019年12月30日的购电协议，规定双方出售和购买该发电厂的发电量，为期21年。

Halpro是由Majulia私人有限公司和Greencells GMBH成立的特别用途公司，在能源委员会于2017年首季举办的招标活动中，成功竞投传输连接大型太阳能项目。

该协议遵循国能在3月份与Redsol、KBJ Hecmy、Kenyir Gunkul Solar、Idiwan Solar、Viva Sola、Cypark Estuary Solar和Cove Suria私人有限公司等特别用途公司所签署的一系列购电协议。

Bhd., a special purpose company set up by the successful bidders, comprising of Majulia Sdn. Bhd. and Greencells GMBH. Halpro Engineering Sdn. Bhd. will design, construct, own, operate and maintain a solar photovoltaic energy generating facility of 30MWac to be located in Mukim Bebar, Daerah Pekan, Pahang (“Facility”). The PPA, which has an expected commercial operation date of 30 December 2019, governs the obligations of the Parties to sell and purchase the energy generated by the Facility for a period of 21 years from the commercial operation date in accordance with the agreed terms and conditions. The signing of the PPA will not have any effect on the issued share capital and the substantial shareholders’ shareholdings of TNB and will have a neutral impact on the earnings of TNB over the term of the PPA. None of the Directors or Major Shareholders of TNB and/or persons connected with them has any interest, direct or indirect, in relation to the abovementioned PPA.
