置地通用次季净利飙涨

（吉隆坡21日讯）置地通用（L&G，3174，主板产业组）次季净利飙逾倍。

截至2017年9月杪次季，置地通用净利由1028万令吉飙至2536万令吉，拉动首半年净利飙至4929万令吉，相比前期2056万令吉。

次季净利飙涨，主要拜白沙罗Foresta计划回拨3550万令吉成本拉抬。若以核心盈利计，则蒙受1020万令吉净亏损。

安联星展研究指出，睽违一年，自Astoria首期计划推出后，未来将推出白沙罗Foresta第二期，这个命名白沙罗Seresta计划，总发展值4亿8000万令吉。

置地通周也将在森州新那旺的东姑惹化高尔夫球俱乐部旧址，打造成一个城镇计划Sena Parc（总发展值2亿3000亿令吉）。

该行预测上述两项计划开展后，可在低基础比较下，令销售强劲增长。

安联建议“买进”，目标价28仙。该公司净现金共2亿1800万令吉，相等于市值的35%。
