这间公司不是刚开始亏钱，是一路来都在亏钱，差别是多和少罢了。

- PURCHASE OF A NEW WHOLLY-OWNED SUBSIDIARY | Pursuant to paragraph 9.19(23) of the Main Market Listing Requirements of Bursa Malaysia Securities Berhad, the Board of Directors of ETITECH wishes to inform that the Company had on 04 July 2014 purchased the entire equity interest in Proper Methods Sdn Bhd (Company No. 1069670-M) (“PMSB”) for a total consideration of RM2.00 only. Following this transaction, PMSB became a wholly-owned subsidiary of ETITECH.
PMSB was incorporated in Malaysia on 11 November 2013 with an authorised share capital of RM400,000 divided into 400,000 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. The present issued and paid-up share capital of PMSB is RM2.00 divided into 2 ordinary shares of RM1.00 each. PMSB is currently dormant.
The above transaction will not have any effect on the Group’s earnings, net assets, gearings, share capital and substantial shareholdings structure for the financial period ending 31 July 2014.
None of the directors and/or major shareholders of the Company and/or persons connected with them have any interest, either direct and/or indirect in the said transaction.

ETI科技售資產和發股還債

（吉隆坡19日訊）ETI科技（ETITECH,0118,主板科技組）將透過資產脫售、發售新股等方式重組債務。
387萬售Power Mac
該公司發文告表示，將利用脫售獨資子公司--Power Mac私人有限公司所得的387萬令吉，以及400萬令吉再融資計劃，再以4股送3憑單比例，向有擔保債權人和無擔保債權人發售2億2千479萬7千790股新股，以及派送1億6千859萬8千344單位憑單，以償還高達3千174萬6千766令吉的債務與利息。
1憑單可以10仙轉換1母股
相關新股發售價為每股10仙，而每單位憑單可以10仙轉換1股母股。
配合相關債務重組活動，ETI科技建議將註冊股本從1億令吉擴大至5億令吉。
在完成整個計劃後，ETI科技繳足資本將從7千768萬9千920令吉擴大至1億1千702萬9千533令吉，負債比將從0.51倍減至0.02倍，而馬銀行、渣打銀行和豐隆銀行等債權人也將因債務重組計劃，分別持有5.83%、10.75%和14.19%股權。（星洲日報／財經）

现年54岁的莫哈末阿敏，原为公司非执行董事。
他曾在1988年至2004年之间，担任国行的执行员。之后，也曾在本地多家房地产发展公司担任董事职务。

ETI 科技缺乏进账证据 审计师对财报保留意见

（吉隆坡29日讯）ETI科技（ETITECH，0118，主板科技股）截至7月31日的现财年已审计财报，遭外部审计师给予“保留意见”（Qualified Opinion）。
ETI科技向马交所报备，外部审计师Baker Tilly MonteiroHeng指出，该公司财报内有一笔子公司2110万2449令吉的发展开销，缺乏证据支撑相关款项已进账。
此外，在房地产、厂房与配备项目中，也有一笔来自子公司258万3461令吉款项，以及在投资事项中，有一笔813万3779令吉的款项，同样缺乏进账证据。
外部审计师也无法针对ETI科技财务报告判断是否有效，或需调整。
但Baker Tilly认为，排除上述项目，该公司财报仍是正确且公平。【南洋网财经】

（吉隆坡1日讯）基于资产贬值和庞大的资本开销，ETI科技（ETITECH，0118，主板科技股）截至10月31日首季净亏扩大至276万8000令吉，或每股净亏0.36仙，上财年同期为净亏221万3000令吉。
此外，因仍未取得新的太阳能发电厂合约，首季营业额下滑21.09%，报55万令吉，上财年同期为69万7000令吉。
