去年5月，在Lelong 购买了Batman + dark knight Bluray (RM 126), Seller 已经送出去了，不过过了很久还没到。。就打给Seller,Seller 说他跟Courier Service Company 询问下...隔天,他打给我,然后给我Tracking Number 和 Kangaroo 的联络号码Kajang branch 的...以下是他的回复

i went to the branch again...
the boss there told me that actually they got the parcel...
but they mistakenly send to kampar... instead of send to taman kampar penang... hahahha...
i say WTF... like tat also can...
now they send back the parcel to HQ liao... waiting to deploy it to penang... and he will update me again...

feel sorry about that... but that is the best i can do...

然后他打给我,说Kangaroo弄丢了我的Parcel....其实我给了Rm150,然后剩余的钱他放在Parcel 里还给我......

-finally they willing to refund
-but oni RM 100
-i said f*ck you
-then they said all other courier company also like that, only can claim RM 100
-i said i dun care other ppl, but now my product is RM 150 and you guys lost it
-i also said will report police for this
-then only he agree to get the approval from higher authority
-now again is wait only

Thanks for update.

I am damn disappointed of the courier company.

Wrong address > Delay
Lost Parcel > Refund doesn't base on parcel value
Slow Replies.

Sent out date : 13th May
Expected Received Date : 16th May
Current date : 22 June

and the problem is not solved yet.

Btw, I just have to get back RM150 . I think I will call to the company later too, cannot tahan already

过后我就打给Kangaroo的branch manager,他一直要敷言我,一直想关我的电话,说只能赔一百块...我说是你们弄不见我的东西跟钱,为甚么只能赔一百.....然后他说等调查后就会打给我....一直到今天都没打给我,那个Manager的名字是Mr. Johnson Chuah

Seller 也叫我去报警,buyer report比较有效....不过过后我都没有去报,太累了....就当作做善事了.....不过现在说起来,我的心情又恢复一点不甘心了.....
